Service Questions

Will you install lights that I already have?

Unfortunately we have decided not to install customer owned lights. Simply because we cannot guarantee the workmanship of anything that we do not supply!

Do you offer lighting for any other holidays?

At this moment in time, we only offer christmas lighting!

What happens just in case the lights stop working?

Don't worry, if anything occurs after your installation we will take care of it. Just contact us and we will send someone out within 24 hours!

When do you take the lights down?

We take the lights down thought January, you will know your removal date after your installation is complete.

Do you offer fixtures or other decorations?

At the moment we offer Roof Line Lighting, Bushes/Trees, and Wall/Fence Lighting. We are in the process of expanding our options. Have a recommendation? Feel free to contact us!

Do I need to be home when you install the lights?

No you do not need to be home when we begin the installation, we pre-plan everything so it should be a very quick process!

Pricing Questions

How Much will it cost to have Lighting installed and taken down?

We charge based off linear footage, so if you decide to lease the lights from us we charge $5 a foot. If you choose to purchase the lights from us we charge $6.50 a foot. These prices can and will change depending on the time of year and market price.

When do I pay for my installation services?

Our Estimate process is complexly free of charge, we send someone out to provide you an accurate and customizable lighting package. Only if you decide to go forward and book and installation date, will you be required to pay a 50% initial deposit (Same for commercial customers). After the initial deposit is received we will begin to prepare for your installation date and begin fulfilling the service. You will only have to pay the remaining amount after the installation is complete!

What payment methods do you accept?

We utilize an online payment processor called Stripe via Jobber. Therefore, we can accept a wide variety of payment methods. The following is a list of our accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay , and many more. How can I receive a discounted rate?

We have two ways you can receive a discounted rate, the first is for September and October installations. You can also receive a discount rate for having your installation completed on or after December 15th.

What locations do you serve?

We happily service Arizona! We are primarily focused on serving Scottsdale, Arizona. However, We do have plans and are actively looking to expand into other areas! If you are unsure if we can service your location, please submit your free estimate and we will be in contact within 24 hours.

How long have you been in business for?

We are a brand new company just started this year! We have done proper planning and due diligence, ready to hit the ground running this holiday season!

What safety measures do you take?

Everyone on a roof is required to wear proper PPE and footwear. When utilizing ladders taller than 15ft we require that it be monitored by one person at all times and held for our team to get up and down safely. A Certified fall protection system is utilized while on a roof in order to prevent falls. A considerable portion of company investment goes into safety.
